Position 1: Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1.Define clear project objectives;
2.Develop project execution plans;
3.Lead on-site and remote project teams, and organize project implementation;
4.Serve as the company’s official interface to clients during the implementation phase, responsible for communicating and coordinating with clients, as well as managing client relationships;
5.Track the progress of project execution;
6.Control project schedule, cost, quality, and scope;
7.Identify and resolve issues arising during project implementation;
8.Be responsible for coordinating among various parties/stakeholders during the project implementation process;
9.Regularly report project information to project stakeholders (the client/construction unit and the company), with written reports (such as weekly reports and monthly reports) as the primary form of communication;
10.Ensure the achievement of project objectives through project management methods, tools, and skills;
11.Manage project acceptance;
12.After the client’s acceptance of the project, lead the team in conducting project summaries and sharing lessons learned;
13.Organize the compilation of project documents, including project initiation documents, current environment descriptions, user requirements, project plans, management summaries, system designs, structural designs, and test plans;
14. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1.Candidates must hold valid legal right to work in Hong Kong, possess a bachelor’s degree or above, and major in a computer-related field.
2.Have project management experience in municipal information technology (IT) projects in Hong Kong.
3.Fluent in Cantonese and English, both in spoken and written form; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
4.Candidates with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be given priority.
5.Proficient in creating project report documents using PPT, and capable of presenting reports to various stakeholders in Cantonese and English.
6.Able to conduct requirement research and skilled in creating prototypes using tools such as Axure RP.
7.Proficient in using tools like Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio.
8.Have experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
9.Candidates with development or implementation skills will be preferred.
Position 2: Software Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for the company's overseas business sales, promote the implementation of business in regions such as Hong Kong (HK) and Macau, and achieve sales targets as required by the company.
2.Undertake the maintenance of relationships with overseas clients and partners, understand client needs, coordinate resources, and drive project contract signing and payment collection.
3.Track industry trends in the target market, participate in the formulation of localized sales strategies in line with the company's strategy, and regularly provide the company with market dynamics and market analysis reports.
4.Possess the ability to quickly understand new businesses and strong learning capabilities; be proficient in the company's products and projects, and familiar with every process of the company.
5.Establish long-term customer relationships with clients to ensure the continuity of customer services.
Job Requirements:
1.Candidates must hold valid legal right to work in Hong Kong and possess a bachelor’s degree or above; those majoring in computer-related or marketing-related fields will be given priority.
2.Have good English reading and writing skills, with more than 2 years of overseas experience in sales or market expansion of AI, big data, or software products; candidates familiar with the CIB/FIIB industry will be preferred.
3.Demonstrate strong ability in problem judgment and independent problem-solving, be able to promote project progress with limited resources, and have a good sense of multi-party collaboration.
4.Show high enthusiasm for sales work, maintain a proactive work attitude, possess good market insight and sensitivity, be good at communication, and have a strong sense of teamwork and customer service.
Position 3: JAVA Full-Stack Development Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for the front-end and back-end development and testing of the project system functions;
2.Undertake the requirements analysis and design work for project functions;
3.Compile documents related to development and design;
4.Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1.Must hold valid eligibility to work legally in Hong Kong, with a bachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related major.
2.Proficient in using mainstream large language model tools such as DeepSeek, ChatGPT, Kimi, and GitHub Copilot.
3.Familiar with open-source frameworks including Spring, Spring Boot, SpringMVC, and MyBatis.
4.Skilled in using common integrated development environments (IDEs) such as Eclipse, MyEclipse, Tomcat, and IntelliJ IDEA.
5.Proficient in HTML+CSS and HTML5+CSS3; capable of independently completing the overall layout of pages and common animation effects; skilled in using the Less CSS preprocessor for page style design.
6.Familiar with front-end framework technologies such as JavaScript, Vue 2/Vue 3, and jQ; proficient in using Axios + Vue for data interaction; familiar with applying various front-end plugins like Swiper.
7.Mastery of frameworks including Element, Bootstrap, and MUI; proficient in mobile architecture and layouts (e.g., Flexbox layout) for mobile development; familiar with the basic principles of Ajax to implement front-end and back-end data interaction; familiar with ES6 specifications and syntax.
8.Skilled in using ECharts to create various data charts and maps, and in combining various plugins to build visual large screens.
9.Understand local storage technologies such as localStorage, sessionStorage, and Cookie, as well as their differences.
10.Able to use project construction and management tools like SVN and Maven.
11.Familiar with server-side multi-threading and distributed architecture development.
12.Priority will be given to candidates proficient in front-end technologies including HTML, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, EasyUI, Bootstrap, Ajax, and JavaScript.
13.Priority will be given to candidates with experience in developing municipal information technology projects in Hong Kong.

Position 4: Data Analysis Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1.Be responsible for the installation of product and project environments;
2.Undertake data processing work for projects;
3.Compile documents related to data analysis;
4.Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1.Must have valid legal right to work in Hong Kong, a bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related major, and at least one year of relevant work experience.
2.Proficient in using mainstream large language model tools such as DeepSeek, ChatGPT, Kimi, and GitHub Copilot.
3.Familiar with the Linux operating system and capable of handling various issues related to application systems.
4.Proficient in SQL and Python, and familiar with data cleaning and visualization tools.
5.Familiar with relational databases, and skilled in operating relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Doris, and Greenplum.
6.Familiar with big data-related technologies, and proficient in using tools such as Hadoop and ES (Elasticsearch).
7.Candidates with experience in municipal information technology projects in Hong Kong will be given priority.
